Mr. Clinton the Founder and assistant manager to Penuel-Charis Consultancy has a Masters of Public Health at the University of Health and Allied Sciences he also has Professional Experience as Academic Affairs Director at Carest University College, Hohoe where he is also a Lecturer, his areas of expertise include quantitative and qualitative Research , application of behavior change theories, behavioral science and psychology. 

About research interests : Interest in Behaviour Change , HIV, COVID-19, Food Safety and Hygiene, NTD. Mr. Clinton has also made some publications which include Factors influencing Food hygiene practice among food vendors in the Hohoe Municipality, Factors influencing COVID-19 pandemic in the Volta Region. And for projects: Knowledge and Practice of Malaria RDT among health professionals in the Volta Region.

Samuel is a research assistant with the Penuel-Charis Consultancy.

He holds a BPH from the University of Health and Allied Sciences and currently a member of the Allied Health Professions Council. Samuel has worked with the Dodowa Health Research Center, the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Japan International Cooperation Agency and the Ghana Health Service on several research projects. He employs both qualitative and quantitative research methods. 

His research interests are in the areas of Epidemiology, Infectious Diseases, Non-communicable Diseases, Communicable Diseases and Population Health. Belinder is a deititian with Penuel-Charis Consultancy and she has a Bsc in Dietetics , Professional Experience in Registered Dietitian and an area of expertise being Nutrition. Mawuli holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Health Promotion from the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho, Ghana. He is also a certified qualitative data analyst with experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis. 

He has also held internships at the Hohoe Municipal Health Directorate, Dalive Community-based Health Planning Services (CHPS), and the South Tongu Municipal Health Directorate. Dennis is a member of the Allied Health Professions Council- Ghana. 

His skills include research proposal writing, data collection instrument design, database management, grant proposal and manuscript writing, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
